Baked Three-Cheese Dip
Ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan is the only type of squad you need.

Ingredients
- 2½ c. ricotta
- 1½ c. shredded mozzarella
- ½ c. grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ c. torn fresh basil, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, basil, and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Fold in almost all cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
- Transfer dip to a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish and top with a few more cherry tomatoes and remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
- Bake until deeply golden and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Garnish with basil and serve with baguette.
