Baked Three-Cheese Dip
Ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan is the only type of squad you need.

Ingredients
  • 2½ c. ricotta
  • 1½ c. shredded mozzarella
  • ½ c. grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ c. torn fresh basil, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, basil, and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Fold in almost all cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
  2. Transfer dip to a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish and top with a few more cherry tomatoes and remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
  3. Bake until deeply golden and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Garnish with basil and serve with baguette.
