Dutch Baby
If you've ever felt like making stacks of fresh pancakes in the morning is just too much work, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ c. whole milk
- ¾ c. all-purpose flour
- ¼ c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ lemon, for serving
- Fresh berries, for serving
- Powdered sugar, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Heat a large cast iron skillet in the oven until very hot, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully add butter, tilting skillet to coat the bottom and sides.
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until foamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour batter into hot skillet and bake until pancake is puffed and deeply golden, about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon juice, top with berries, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
