Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Done in less than 10 minutes, these garlic butter mushrooms are the easiest and most flavorful side dish or topping you can make, ever. Smothered in butter and topped with fresh parsley, these are sure to enhance any simple weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound button mushrooms, rinsed and dried
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Stir in garlic and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon parsley and stir around.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly.
  7. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve.
