Sushi Roll- Tempura Shrimp
This recipe makes 3 rolls, I eat a roll and a half each sitting

Ingredients
- 1.25 cups Sushi Rice, with rice vinegar
- 6 medium Panko crusted shrimp, cooked
- 3 sheets nori
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced, long
- shredded carrot
- wasabi mayo (light mayo, light sour cream, wasabi) to add zest to the rolls

- you will need to google how to roll sushi, as well as purchase a bamboo mat prior to making this recipe
- Serving Size: makes 3 rolls, about 21 pieces
