This recipe makes 3 rolls, I eat a roll and a half each sitting

  • 1.25 cups Sushi Rice, with rice vinegar
  • 6 medium Panko crusted shrimp, cooked
  • 3 sheets nori
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced, long
  • shredded carrot
  • wasabi mayo (light mayo, light sour cream, wasabi) to add zest to the rolls
Instructions
  1. you will need to google how to roll sushi, as well as purchase a bamboo mat prior to making this recipe
  2. Serving Size: makes 3 rolls, about 21 pieces
