Why You Should Shelve the Skillet and Bake Your Bacon
Stop frying your bacon.

  • 2 lb. thick-cut bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use parchment paper to line baking trays with edges.
  3. Lay the bacon touching long ways, but not overlapping.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until desired doneness. (For bacon that is set and partially crisp, but not too crisp, cook approximately 7 minutes.)
