Guy Fieri Hot Dog Chili
I absolutely love Chili Dog’s, we have a local hot dog place that has the best chili in town. When I was pregnant for my daughter we had went on a chili dog tour trying all of the different hot dog places in town. When I came across this recipe at Mommy Hates Cooking, I knew I needed to give it a try, plus I had all of the ingredients in the house. I thought this chili was really good, my husband thought it was spicy not sure why he thought it was spicy cause it did not seem spicy to me at all. Definitely give this chili a try it was really easy to make and tasted great.

Ingredients
- 1 onion (minced)
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- ¼ tsp All Spice
- ¼ tsp curry
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ½ lb ground beef
- salt to taste
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Saute onions in butter until they are transparent in a large skillet, then add paprika, chili powder, all spice, curry, cinnamon, and dry mustard stir together well. Add the ground beef to the pan and stir in with the seasonings, then add in the water and stir together well. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes on medium heat.
