Guy Fieri Hot Dog Chili

I absolutely love Chili Dog’s, we have a local hot dog place that has the best chili in town. When I was pregnant for my daughter we had went on a chili dog tour trying all of the different hot dog places in town. When I came across this recipe at Mommy Hates Cooking, I knew I needed to give it a try, plus I had all of the ingredients in the house. I thought this chili was really good, my husband thought it was spicy not sure why he thought it was spicy cause it did not seem spicy to me at all. Definitely give this chili a try it was really easy to make and tasted great.

Ultimate chili dogs

I hesitate to say it, but I feel fall coming! Not because the heat has subsided — it hasn’t — but because summery thing are coming to a close! The students came back last week, and classes started on Monday. Living directly across the street from campus, and in the heart of fraternity-ville, we can definitely tell a difference. It’s actually pretty fun to see/hear so much activity (never a dull moment!), but I could do without the bumpin’ music and loud trucks/motorcycles at all hours of the night. Oh well — I think I’ve learned to sleep through most of it.
