Bacon Ranch Brussels

Ingredients
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and hlaved
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- Ranch dressing, for drizzling
- Freshly grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. On a large baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika then season with salt and pepper. Scatter bacon on the pan.
- Bake until brussels are tender and charred, 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve warm.
