Ingredients
1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and hlaved
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. paprika
8 slices bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
Freshly grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. On a large baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika then season with salt and pepper. Scatter bacon on the pan.
Bake until brussels are tender and charred, 30 minutes.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve warm.
