Ingredients
- ¾ c. mayonnaise
- ½ c. sour cream
- ¼ c. whole milk
- ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- ¼ c. finely chopped chives
Instructions
- Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, blue cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Assemble dippers: Cut iceberg lettuce into small wedges and place on large serving platter. Drizzle dressing over each wedge then sprinkle bacon and chives on top.
- Serve with extra dressing for dipping.
