Pork Tenderloin Steaks with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- Salt and pepper
- 7 ounces mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 chili, chopped
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Crispy potatoes, to serve
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili and thyme. Allow to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
- In a frying pan, add olive oil and cook steaks on each side. Remove and cut into slices.
- Add some more oil to the frying pan. Return steak slices to pan and cook on both sides. Add mushrooms, white wine and heavy cream. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve alongside crispy potatoes.
