Ingredients
- ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Medium strawberry
- 1½ oz Bulleit bourbon
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ginger beer, to top
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
- Garnish: Strawberry
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the lemon juice and strawberry.

- Add the bourbon, simple syrup, bitters and ice and shake.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with a skewered lemon wheel and a thinly sliced strawberry.
