Turtle Apple Pops

Recipe type: Dessert
Ingredients
  • 2 apples, sliced into ½" slices
  • 1½ c. chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ⅔ c. Caramel
  • ½ c. toasted pecans
  • Flaky sea salt
  • 4 popsicle sticks
Instructions
  1. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make a small incision in the bottom of the apple slices and stick in popsicle sticks.
  3. Dip apple slices in chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with pecans and place in refrigerator to harden for 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with sea salt. Return to the refrigerator to harden again, this time for 5 minutes. Serve.
