Spicy Tuna Roll
A Spicy Tuna Roll is a Japanese Sushi Roll made from minced Sashimi-Grade tuna (Negitoro.) I love this spicy-mayo tuna roll! It’s super easy to make and tastes like the sushi rolls that you’d order at a Japanese Restaurant!

  • Spicy Tuna Roll:
  • 8 oz tuna steak minced
  • ⅓ cup Capelin roe
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 3 cups cooked Sushi Rice
  • 6 nori seaweed sheets (half-sheets)
Instructions
  1. How to Make Spicy Tuna Roll:
  2. Mix together the raw tuna, capelin roe, and spicy mayo. Set aside.
  3. Place a half-sheet of nori onto a sushi mat. Spread ½ cup of seasoned and cooked sushi rice over the nori.
  4. Flip and fill the bottom end with the tuna mixture.
  5. Roll and slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.
