Slutty Brownie Pie
How can you go wrong with a pie crust made out of chocolate chip cookie dough?

Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST
- 1 tube pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- FOR THE PUDDING
- ⅔ packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1½ c. whole milk
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
- ⅓ packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- ½ c. crumbled brownie pieces (either store-bought or leftover homemade ones)
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350° and grease the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Cover with chocolate chip cookie dough and bake for 16 to18 minutes. Shortly after taking it out of the oven, use a measuring cup to press down dough so it forms a gooey crust. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
- Make the pudding: Whisk ⅔ packet of pudding mix with milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set, then pour into cooled cookie crust. Cover pudding with a layer of Oreo cookies.
- Make the whipped cream: In another bowl, mix Cool Whip with remaining ⅓ packet pudding mix. Fold in crumbled brownies, and pour the mixture on top of the pie. Garnish with more brownie pieces. Refrigerate for 4 hours, then drizzle with chocolate sauce just before serving.
