Glazed Donut Cake

Ingredients
- Cooking spray, for pan
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- ½ c. (1 stick) butter, melted
- ¼ c. whole milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ½ c. strawberries, chopped
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° and coat bundt pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, sour cream, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.
- Pour cake batter into prepared bundt pan and smooth out with a spatula.
- Bake cake until golden and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Make frosting: Blend strawberries in a small blender or food processor until smooth. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat strawberries and cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Pour frosting over cooled cake and top with sprinkles.
