FLUFFY PANCAKES
How can anyone deny a huge stack of fluffy pancakes for breakfast?! Serve them with some buttermilk syrup and they will be loved by the entire family. For more pancake recipes, check out our German Pancakes and buttermilk pancakes.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
  1. If you don't have buttermilk, add vinegar and milk to a medium bow and let "sour" for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and mix together. Set aside.
  3. Whisk egg and butter into the milk mixture and mix together. Add flour mixture and whisk until lumps are gone. Let batter set for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cups of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the top (2-3 minutes). Flip with a spatula and cook the other side until browned.
