Flamin' Hot Cheetos Wings
Flamin' Hot Cheetos lovers, these are WAY better than buffalo wings.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ⅓ c. all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (8.5-oz.) bag Flamin' Hot Cheetos, crushed
- ¼ c. hot sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 4 tbsp. butter
- ¼ c. buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. freshly chopped dill
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- Large pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ c. finely crumbled blue cheese
- Celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. Next, dip wings in egg, and then in Cheetos crumbs.
- Arrange chicken in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine hot sauce, honey, and butter. Microwave, whisking every 15 seconds until butter is melted and mixture is combined.
- Pour hot sauce mixture over wings and arrange on platter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne. Stir in blue cheese.
- Serve wings hot, with dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
