It’s all of your favorite Thanksgiving feast flavors… piled into one epic holiday pizza.
Ingredients
1 lb. fresh prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
¾ cup cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
6 oz. white Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1½ cups)
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
1¼ cups cooked, peeled sweet potato, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1½ cups chopped or shredded roast turkey
1½ cups prepared stuffing or dressing, crumbled into large pieces
½ cup turkey gravy, warmed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll dough out into an 18-inch round, and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 7 to 9 minutes. Discard parchment paper.
Stir together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce in a small bowl; spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with Cheddar and mozzarella.
Toss together sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread sweet potato mixture evenly over cheese. Top evenly with turkey and crumbled stuffing.
Bake at 450°F until cheese is golden and bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Drizzle with warm gravy.
