These Creamsicle Prosecco Floats are reminiscent of a childhood favorite treat, and only require 3 ingredients! They are perfect for brunch with friends, dessert on a warm night, or whenever you want to treat yourself!
Ingredients
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1-2 scoops orange sherbet
prosecco or champagne
fresh mint and orange curls for garnish*
Instructions
Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet in a glass. You want something deep because they will foam up quite a bit! Top with desired amount of prosecco and garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange curl. Serve immediately!
