Glazed Donut Cake

Sorry, but we're having this donut cake for breakfast.
Ingredients
  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • ½ c. (1 stick) butter, melted
  • ¼ c. whole milk
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ c. strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° and coat bundt pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, sour cream, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.
  2. Pour cake batter into prepared bundt pan and smooth out with a spatula.
  3. Bake cake until golden and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  4. Make frosting: Blend strawberries in a small blender or food processor until smooth. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat strawberries and cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour frosting over cooled cake and top with sprinkles.
