Salami Chips

New favorite snack.
Ingredients
  • ½ lb. sliced salami, about ⅛-inch thick
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. FOR OVEN
  2. Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salami in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, make sauce: In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Serve salami chips with sauce on side.
  5. FOR AIR FRYER
  6. Working in batches, place salami in a single layer in basket of air fryer and bake at 375º for 6 minutes.
