Easy passion fruit mousse

This recipe for easy passion fruit mousse is made with fruit concentrate (fresh or frozen), cream, and condensed milk. Unlike my traditional style passion fruit or maracuya mousse recipe, this simple version doesn’t use eggs or gelatin. It’s one of the easiest and quickest desserts you can make, simply blend all the ingredients, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and serve it.

Dragon Fruit Mojito

While in Thailand, we discovered lots of new foods. From unique vegetables like baby eggplants to crazy new spices and herbs. But one of the most colorful and prettiest things we discovered were dragon fruit. They’re also known as pitayas. Sure I’ve seen them before here and there, but who would ever think to grab one? Not me! These pretty fruits adorned with little black seeds in the perfect white flesh were at every single breakfast we had.
