Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, larger ones halved
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. panko bread crumbs
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 c. buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Ranch, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° and grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place flour, eggs, and panko in three separate shallow bowls. Add Parmesan to panko and stir to combine. Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Working one at a time, roll Brussels first in flour, then egg, then panko. Dip Brussels in egg and then panko one more time. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until Brussels are fork tender and golden, 20 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil. In a small bowl, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss Brussels sprouts in buffalo sauce and return to baking sheet. Broil until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Serve with ranch for dipping.
