Baked Pimento Cheese Dip in a Bread Bowl
We're suckers for pimento cheese anything. The thought of serving it warm in a bread bowl was a no-brainer.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 1½ c. shredded Cheddar
  • 8 oz. pimiento peppers, drained
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 boule, top hole removed
  • Sliced green onions, for serving
  • Potato chips, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, pimiento peppers, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer mixture to bread bowl and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until warmed through and bubbly, 20 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with Ritz crackers.
