Baked Pimento Cheese Dip in a Bread Bowl
We're suckers for pimento cheese anything. The thought of serving it warm in a bread bowl was a no-brainer.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- 1½ c. shredded Cheddar
- 8 oz. pimiento peppers, drained
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 boule, top hole removed
- Sliced green onions, for serving
- Potato chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, pimiento peppers, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to bread bowl and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake until warmed through and bubbly, 20 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with Ritz crackers.
