Roasted Broccolini
We should all know by now that roasting vegetables makes them the best version of themselves.
Recipe type: Appetizer
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. broccolini
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place broccolini on a large baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
  2. Roast until fork-tender and ends are slightly charred, 30 minutes.
