Roasted Broccolini
We should all know by now that roasting vegetables makes them the best version of themselves.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. broccolini
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Place broccolini on a large baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
- Roast until fork-tender and ends are slightly charred, 30 minutes.
