Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- Lime wedges, for rimming
- 1½ c. grapefruit juice
- ¼ c. lime juice
- ¼ c. tequila
- 1 bottle champagne or prosecco
Instructions
- On a small shallow dish, stir together sugar and salt. Wet the rim of each champagne flute with a lime wedge and dip in mixture.
- In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and tequila. Divide evenly among glasses and top with champagne.
- Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
