Boozy fruit counts as a daily serving, too, right?
Recipe type: Dessert
- 1 watermelon, cut into triangles
- 1 c. tequila
- ⅓ c. triple sec
- ¼ c. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ c. margarita salt, for garnish
- Zest of 1 lime, for garnish
- Place watermelon in a large dish or baking sheet. Pour over tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Let soak 1 hour.
- On a small plate, mix together salt and lime zest.
- Dip watermelon slices in salt mixture and serve.
