Dutch Baby
If you've ever felt like making stacks of fresh pancakes in the morning is just too much work, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ c. whole milk
  • ¾ c. all-purpose flour
  • ¼ c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ lemon, for serving
  • Fresh berries, for serving
  • Powdered sugar, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Heat a large cast iron skillet in the oven until very hot, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully add butter, tilting skillet to coat the bottom and sides.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until foamy, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour batter into hot skillet and bake until pancake is puffed and deeply golden, about 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon juice, top with berries, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
