Crab Cake Burgers
There's nothing to be crabby about with these burgers.

Ingredients
- CRAB CAKE BURGERS
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- ⅓ c. bread crumbs
- ⅓ c. mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ c. finely chopped chives
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 burger buns, split
- 4 pieces Bibb lettuce
- OLD BAY SAUCE
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. dill pickle relish
- 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- MAKE CRAB CAKE BURGERS
- In a large bowl, stir together crabmeat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, chives, and Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook burgers until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
- MAKE OLD BAY SAUCE
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, relish, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and Old Bay Sauce.
