Chocolate-Covered Pretzels

Ingredients
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, divided
  • 1 (16-oz.) bag mini pretzel twists
  • Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon coconut oil with white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir to combine completely.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Use a fork to dip pretzels in melted chocolates. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
