Chocolate-Covered Pretzels

Ingredients
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, divided
- 1 (16-oz.) bag mini pretzel twists
- Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
- In a separate bowl, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon coconut oil with white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir to combine completely.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Use a fork to dip pretzels in melted chocolates. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
