Bunny Pudding

Bunny Pudding
This treat will have you hoppin' with joy.

Ingredients
  • Cranberry jelly:
  • 1 cup cranberry juice, warm
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • Milk pudding:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 to 3 drops vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon gelatin
  • Toppings:
  • Strawberry ice cream
  • White chocolate
  • Chocolate pen
  • 2 chocolate chips
  • 1 heart dragée
Instructions
  1. In a shallow pan, combine cranberry jelly ingredients. Allow to cool and firm up.
  2. In a bowl, combine milk pudding ingredients.
  3. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the firm cranberry jelly. Mash up the remaining jelly and place in a tall glass. Position a heart in the glass. Pour in the milk pudding. Top with strawberry ice cream and add decorations to make a bunny face.
