Antipasto Sushi
This "sushi" leaves lots of room for improvisation. Not a fan of provolone? Use mozzarella instead.

Ingredients
- FOR SPREAD
- 3 oz. cream cheese cream cheese, softened
- 2 pepperoncini peppers, minced
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. oregano dried oregano
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- FOR "SUSHI":
- 4 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone
- 8 slices salami
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3 leaves romaine, shredded
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, pepperoncini, mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- To make one roll, spread cream cheese mixture onto one slice ham, then top with two slices provolone, two slices salami, and two leaves basil. Place a few slices of red pepper and a small handful of lettuce down the center, roll slightly, and cut into 3 pieces. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
